standard registration fee.

Registration Process
1. Once you add the course to your cart, you will be able to review the agreement. After
completing the purchase, a payment confirmation will be emailed to
you.
2. Shortly after, the Agreement and Waiver of Liability will be sent via DocuSign for
electronic signature.
3. Your registration will only be considered complete once payment, required
documents, and signatures have been received.
Payment by installments
If you would like to pay in installments, please email info@marctraining.com to request
your enrollment.
You will receive a Credit Card Authorization Form, which includes installment payment
options, provided that the course is paid in full prior to its start date, supporting document
and signatures have been received.
Important Information
Proof of Enrollment: Participation is limited to current medical students. All
participants must submit valid proof of enrollment from their medical school,
college, or university. The proof of enrollment must match the university listed on
the registration, as it determines the applicable tuition rate. Failure to provide proof
may result in cancellation of registration.
Refund Policy: A 50% refund is available for cancellations requested by June 13,
2026 (30 days before the program start date). After that, all fees are non-refundable.
Visa & Travel Documents: Participants are fully responsible for arranging their own
visas, passports, and travel documents for entry into the United States. The MARC
Institute does not provide assistance with visa applications. Upon request, an
invitation letter confirming enrollment in the program can be issued to support visa
applications or for presentation to customs authorities.
